The service
Music Masters is a music card collecting game. Each card represents a real track. Players open packs, complete artist collections, trade cards and auction them for Beats, the in-game currency.
Music Masters is completely free and published by a private individual on a non-professional basis. The game is in development: features may be added, changed or removed, and access may be restricted to a closed beta.
Your account
You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. If you are a minor, ask a parent for permission before signing up.
One account per person. Choose a public username that does not impersonate anyone or contain insults. Your credentials are personal: actions from your account are considered yours. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and sign out other sessions in settings.
Cards, packs and Beats
Packs are free and refill over time. Draw rates are shown on the pack-opening page.
You can discard cards for Beats and spend Beats at auctions or on items to customize your profile vinyl. Discards and item purchases are permanent.
Cards and Beats are game items. You have a personal right to use them in Music Masters, not ownership. They have no monetary value: they cannot be converted to money, refunded or bought back by the publisher.
Trades and auctions take place only in the game, using cards and Beats. Buying or selling cards, Beats or accounts for money or other goods outside the game is prohibited.
To correct an error or abuse, the publisher may adjust balances, cards or auction results without removing legitimately obtained items.
No payments
No real-money purchases are offered: everything in the game is earned by playing. Nobody is authorized to request payment on behalf of Music Masters.
If paid offers are introduced, these terms will be updated before launch and purchase rules (price, delivery, withdrawal rights) will be shown before any payment.
Code of conduct
To keep the game fair and enjoyable, you must not:
- use bots, scripts or tools that play, bid or open packs for you;
- create or use multiple accounts to accumulate packs, Beats or cards;
- exploit a bug instead of reporting it;
- harass, threaten or insult other players;
- post illegal, hateful, sexual or rights-infringing content in a username, vinyl text or message;
- attempt to access other players' accounts or disrupt the service.
What you publish
You remain responsible for your username, vinyl text and messages. You authorize the publisher to display them to other players while your account exists.
Content that violates these rules may be removed without notice. To report content, follow the procedure in the legal notice.
Penalties
Depending on severity, the publisher may warn the player, remove content, revoke improperly obtained cards or Beats, suspend or delete the account. To dispute a penalty, write to [email protected] with your username.
Availability and liability
The publisher works to keep the game accessible but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance may cause downtime. Rules and game balance (rates, Beats prices, limits) may change.
The publisher is not responsible for third-party listening sites or player content, unless it failed to act after being informed.
Close your account
You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected] from your account email address. Your cards, Beats and progress will be permanently lost. How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes to the terms
These terms may change. Significant changes will be announced in the game before taking effect. If you disagree, you may close your account; continuing to play means acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In a dispute, first write to [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules of your country of residence.
